§ Sleeping Quarters and Sunny Fields
I - Sleeping Quarters
I was in the office sleeping quarters, and I "wake" to find myself naked, save for my blanket, and a long-haired 9-year-old girl who was also undressed, sitting at the foot of my bed. Her mother, a young lady who doesn't seem to be older than I am and was also naked, told me to take care of her daughter.
She swapped P300 worth of gift cheques against the same amount in cash. I was skeptic and asked her, "Pa'no kung peke 'tong mga tseke mo?" "Hindi naman," she replied, "Pag nag-ka problema, papalitan ko na lang."
I got out of the bed, and I was dressed in a white blouse and black mini skirt, while my protégée was in a white robe. We walked hand-in-hand out of the quarters into a dark room, where only the pale silvery glow of the moonlight came through a small high window.
Against a wall, a bed where the little girl sat down and bade me to lie down. A bunch of people then appeared, telling us to go out and join them in the sun.
The little girl looked at me, smiling, and got into more casual clothes -- as did I. We both tied our shoe laces and went into sunny fields.
II - Sunny Fields
The leader of the group who wanted to go out resembled my professor in Sociology10. He wanted to lecture amongst the sun-kissed trees and grass, but the group was scattered, so we can't hear him. The little girl and I tried to approach him...
At the corner of my eye, some perppermint frapuccino was being delivered, so I suddenly had the craving to order some for myself and my companion. Unfortunately, I didn't have my cash with me anymore, so I can't buy anything.
I then find that a young girl was singing in the midst of the group. We've had enough of not hearing each other, so we went into a hut which also serves as a beer house, complete with karaoke system.
The young girl sang. Somebody in the crowd commented that when she sweats and embraces someone, that someone would be very sweaty in turn. There was some malicious tone in that statement...
When she finished her song, an old man who wasn't part of the group wanted his turn at the mic. Our leader acquiesced, but I was thinking that we may not have enough time, since the old man would sing every song in the book!
I then wanted my Dad to pick me up. I saw the shopping cooperative and I used that as a landmark as I called him to fetch me.
